Since its birth more than a century ago, Lincoln Square, between Lawrence and Montrose, has been a select neighborhood in which to live. Approximately 40,000 residents live next to each other in this dynamic neighborhood in vintage houses shaded by Lincoln Square’s tree-lined streets. The neighborhood has been included in the cataloge of the National Register of Historic Places.

The average price for a single bedroom home in Lincoln Square starts at $120,000 and goes up to $190,000. Single-family homes and two- and three-bedroom condos can go as high as $650,000.
